KCEA Fine Arts Permission Slip

Junior & Senior High Fine Arts Festival

Location: Heritage Christian Academy, 4681 E. Trindle Rd. , Mechanicsburg, PA 17050

Date: April 4, 2025

Departure & Return times: Leaving school at 7:15 a.m. and arriving back at school at 8:30 p.m.

Cost: Money for lunch if not bringing a bagged lunch; money for supper at a fast food restaurant

Lunch: Students may bring a bagged lunch OR buy a lunch at the concession stand.

Dress code:

Girls - black skirt and blouse or nice dress with dress shoes
Boys - dress slacks, long-sleeve dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes
Junior High Choir & Handbells - per Mrs. Beals instructions, wear black pants (boys), black skirts (girls), and a red, white, or black shirt. Boys wear a coordinated tie with your shirt.
No iPads, iPods, or hand-held games should be brought for the trip or for the competition.
Cell phones may not be used during the day. They may be used to alert parents of a definite arrival time on the way home.

Transportation: Bus

Chaperones: The trip will be chaperoned by Mr. Boole, Mrs. Musser, Mrs. Beals, and Mrs. Swan

NOTES: Participants will need to stay for the entire day of competition. It is also important that the students stay in their dress attire for the entire day. (Changing clothes causes a person to be disqualified) Students are required to ride the bus to the competition. They will be permitted to ride home with their parents.
